How it works
To refer your friends simply pass along this information and ask them to get in touch by emailing hcpintake@gratacareservices.com.au
or calling us at 1300 690 105
All they have to do is mention this offer, tell us your name, and provide their Home Care package referral code. Once they have transferred to Grata and reached 8 weeks of service, both you and your friend will receive a $250 Gift Voucher.

Terms and Conditions
Referral Incentive Program Policy
1. Grata Care Services (Grata) is a leading provider of Home Care Package services. This Referral Incentive Program is designed to support business goals and provide rewards for new and existing Home Care Package customers.
2. This policy does not form a part of any customer contract.
3. Grata reserves its rights to change the participation rules, review or amend these terms, or suspend or cease to operate a Referral Incentive Program at its sole discretion at any time without notice.
4. References in these terms and conditions to customers are references to Grata Home Care Package customers.
5. This referral incentive program commences on 14 March 2025.
Participation rules
6. Existing customers and employees (the referrer) who refer a friend that is not a current Grata client who engages Grata as their Home Care Package provider are eligible to receive an incentive under this referral incentive program.
7. The new customer (the referee) will also be eligible to receive an incentive under this referral incentive program.
8. The new customer (the referee) will be required to have been granted an existing Home Care Package at the time of referral by the existing customer or employee (the referrer).
9. Both the existing customer and the new customer should notify their respective contacts at Grata that they wish to participate in this referral incentive program.
10. Existing customers can refer an unlimited number of new customers under this referral incentive program.
11. The incentives will be issued to the referrer and the referee after the referee has received 8 consecutive weeks of services.
12. If either the referrer or the referee ceases to be a customer prior to the issue of the incentive, they will cease to be eligible.
13. Both the referrer and the referee will receive a $250 Gift Card.
14. The incentive will be sent by email to the nominated email address of the recipients.
