The
Recruitment
Process
After applying your resume will be reviewed by our recruitment team to determine your suitability for the role. Successful applicants will be shortlisted.
If shortlisted, the recruitment team will contact you via phone or email to complete a video or phone interview to better understand your experience and expectations for the role.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to interview with a member of the recruitment team and the Hiring Manager. This will either be over video call, face-to-face, or via an Assessment Centre depending on location. If required candidates may be invited to a second interview.
Following on from interviews, you may be required to complete reference and compliance checks. We request that compliance is conducted within 48 hours of receiving notification.
The successful candidate is offered the role by the recruitment team. You will soon receive more details about your contract and the onboarding process.
